MANGOSTEEN JUICE

A Gulf War Veteran’s Story

Hello and thank you for visiting my web site.  My name is Cynthia Brunette and I created this web site to share something very special with you.  But first you will need a little history to understand what I mean. My story began when  I enlisted in the Army at the age of seventeen. I  enjoyed a long career in law enforcement in the Military Police. In the 1970s not many women served in this capacity. I was the Army's first female K9 dog handler and served on many special assignments. I took pride in my work during those peace time years.

In 1991, Saddam Hussein’s Army invaded Kuwait and I volunteered to serve in Operation Desert Shield/Storm. I was in charge of perimeter security when two wounded soldiers needed medical transport. I elected to transport them. My driver and I were enroute to the MASH unit when our Humvee was struck by an enemy vehicle and split in half. I was ejected and sustained severe head injuries. As a result, I was airlifted directly to the hospital where I was later pronounced dead.  I was placed on a flight back to America along with other dead and wounded soldiers. Among the wounded was a Delta Force soldier sitting near the dead when he noticed movement in one of the body bags.

He called to the medic and said “that soldier is alive. “  The medic explained the movement was due to decomposition.  The Delta Force soldier continued to watch with skepticism.  When it moved again, he promptly took his knife out and ripped open the body bag. To everyone’s surprise, I was alive!  The aircraft was immediately diverted to Germany where I was admitted to Landstudt Hospital.  I learned about my amazing ordeal a few months later. Ironically, the Delta Force soldier (aka, Mountain Man) was admitted for follow-up treatment at Bethesda Naval Hospital where I was recovering.  We were assigned on the same floor.  One day upon recognizing, me he introduced himself and explained how he knew my name. He told me what happened on the flight back to the US.  After hearing the story I was completely stunned. Of course since I was in a coma I had no memory of the incident and learn it for the first time from the eye witness who believed "that soldiers is alive."  I will always be grateful that “Mountain Man” was on my flight back home. I believe he saved my life.

I spent years between hospitals, a nursing home and assisted living recovering from multiple injuries.  I had to relearn how to care for myself, feed, walk, talk and general daily things such as buying food.   As the years passed, I was able to recover some of my precious memories of my life before the war.  Even though I struggled against the odds, I never lost my love of life and a desire to be healthy and live a normal life again.  With time, I began to live on my own, however life got much better in the fall of 2006.

A friend introduced me to  Mangosteen juice, made from the Mangosteen fruit, found in Southeast Asia.  My friend explained that this botanical fruit has hundreds of years of medicinal folklore in countries like Thailand and China.  It has more than 30 years of scientific research conducted in universities all over the world.  The research discovered that this exotic fruit possess xanthones containing powerful phytonutrients.  I was skeptical, but all I could think about was my Father who was dying from cancer.  I ordered the juice for him hoping he could benefit from this fruit.  Unfortunately, he passed away before receiving it.  With five cases on hand, I began drinking the juice because it tastes so good.  After drinking the juice for two weeks, I was going to the bank and detected a foul smell in the air.  I started crying and called my friend on the phone.  I told him “something is burning in Wildwood.”  He told me not to worry because this time of year people are burning trash.  I told him, you do not understand – I can smell again.  I can smell!

You see, because of my head trauma 16 years earlier, I lost my sense of taste and smell.  The  smoke was a terrible smell; nevertheless, I was overjoyed that I was able to smell once again.  Three weeks after regaining my smell, my sense of taste returned during my Thanksgiving meal with friends.  I was ecstatic but the blessings did not stop there.  I have experienced an increase in energy, deeper restful sleep, improved eye sight, better skin and hair, sharper mental acuity and the ability to concentrate, just to name a few. I am  so thankful and blessed to have a second chance to live a productive life.  Now I feel blessed to be able to share this wonderful fruit juice with others.

Although I can't say you will get the same results, I will send you information to help you make an informed decision. For a free Audio CD entitled The 90-Day Mangosteen Action Plan, by Dr. Fredrick Templeman, please enter your information below.
